She has been responsible for many very large, complex design build projects in Northern California, Southern California, and Hawaii. With extensive estimating and procurement experience, Ms. Norman analyzes and incorporates the most energy efficient products in design build and design assist projects. This experience provides clients with the most efficient and cost effective buildings. Through the value engineering process, she has helped clients determine the true cost vs. benefit including the energy efficiency of the building materials to be used in projects. For National Energy Solutions Ms. Norman provides research on renewable energy systems and materials, as well as pre-qualification of suppliers and systems. She provides pre-construction services in the form of estimating, design assistance, requests for proposals, bid solicitations and analysis, contract preparation and administration, field coordination, payment application review and approval and critical path scheduling. She has been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years, and is a Licensed General Building Contractor in California.
